Hi yes she is correct, the way you work it out is measure your pole and then times this by 2 divide this by the width of the fabric this then should give you how many widths you require. eg: 55" pole x 2 = 110 divide by 54inch = 2.037 which is roughly 2 widths. So this gives 1 width either side. If you like them fuller just times the pole width by 3 eg 55 x 3 = 165 divide by 54" fabric = 3.05. This gives 3 widths 1.5 widths either side.
