Hi there, Having used this's not an easy header tape at all...the way I dealt with it was to pin the tape in the required position (making DOUBLEY sure the eyelets are in the right position)then using a tailors pencil(more defined than chalk) drew inside the rings making a circle. Then starting from the left side unpinned the area of the circle one at a time and cut them out by pinching the material together to make a centre cut working your way to the outeredge of the drawn circle, then when you get to the centre of the curtain repin the side you have just cut and do the reverse from the right working your way to the centre again.Make sure that the material is pulled tight at all times...using clamps if needs be that you can buy from any DIY shop. They are fiddly. Just have a practice run on an spare piece of material first to get the hang of it. Hope this helps...Jean
