Yes, long tacking stitches catching the interlining and barely going through to the face fabric. I would suggest laying the interlining onto the wrong side of silk, laying the interlining ontop. Anchor the interlining at the hem, pin and stitch and then tackle the sides. Then lay on the lining, pin it to the whole thing and , sorry here, hand stitch . I never machine in linings and would definately not bag out a silk interlined curtain. When thats all done, measure the finished drop and complete headings as desired. Always work bottom to top and do the heading last. Sorry about double reply, I do not know how to edit replies on this website.
