There are some instructions you might find helpful at http://www.alternative-windows.com/cafe-curtains.htm If you are making full length voiles you might want to make the bottom hem deeper than in these instructions. If you can, sew a test piece and make sure you have a new sharp needle in the machine - maybe a 70 or 80. Also you might find you need to slacken your top tension slightly so that the hems don't pucker.
