I made pleated balloon drapes for two bowed windows. First you make the bow out of wood, the same size of your bow. You will staple your drapery treatment on to this. You will screw the wood part to the underside of the window. Measurement is very important for the drapes. You should make sure that each vertical seam matches each bend in the window. This will make you use more fabric. My seams are hidding in the pleats. I sew rings so that I could pull them up.
