Difficult customer

I have a customer that firstly refused to pay me the full ammount. 100 for the curtains,25 for the tiebacks and a further 36 for the valance. However she disputed the price and eventually I had to agree the lower price as I did not give a written quote! Yes I have learnt a very important lesson. Last night she rang me to say the she is not happy with the curtains. I have agreed to see and collect the tomorrow. I have only had 2 complaint in 2/3 years. I also what to check that the rail and radiator are level. What should I do. Please help.
