Hi Mandy, the fullnes for eyelet curtains should be 1.50-2 times fullness. I allow 16cms for the hem and 18 cms for the top.Remember when you measure for the curtains you also need to allow for 3-4cms above the eyelet.Measure overall drop from very top to hem, fold over and place the buckram in the fold line so that fabric and lining are showing on the back of the curtain. The buckram is usually 12.50cms so you will have about 6cms folded up under the back. I then tack all securely, mark out eyelet rings on the back before sending them off to have the eyelets inserted. There are many places that will do this for you. Hope that this makes sense and helps. As to charging, I think everyone has to work out their own pricing structure. regards, Helen
