Hi there again, No problem, If your finished drop is 237cms, Measure at 237, fold over top fabric and lining to give you a crease mark, place the top of buckram on the crease line and fold over the excess fabric and lining. fold the remaining 5.50cms round and up the back, so that once the eyelets are in place everything is held together, you only need 18 or so cms extra. Cut off the remaining fabric.( Basically you needed a piece of fabric 237 plus hem, plus top)Hopefully this makes sense.Dont forget you also need fabric above the eyelet but i;m sure you have taken this into account Let me know.
