difficult customer - what should I do

Hi ,I have already posted in connection with this difficult customer,first she argued about the price,then she complained about the curtains,saying that they were not straight. They were hanging badly on the rail and with all the threads in the centre.Obviously I took them back and remade them. as someone advised on the message board,dont make anything else for her. 1 month has now passed since I returned the curtain,having dismantled and remade the curtains. Today she rang and complained,that the curtains were not straight!! I took such care over them,she then accused me of not doing anything to them and returning them as they were. I feel very angry that she accused me and also that I dont want any more to do with it. She wants me to see them again on Saturday,however I want to refund the money,she really is trouble. I have very happy customers that even send emails to say how pleased they are and enjoying their gorgeous curtains. PLEASE HELP
