Hi Tiffany the threads are from the heading tape and I did explain that they should be on the outer edges. I have work coming next week for a country house in the cotswolds. I have never had complaints like this,this complaint is not visable to the naked eye. What should I do? I really want to give the money back as a gesture of goodwill.Mary
