Do you think you can put more hooks in the tape or gather it tighter? Perhaps you should ask her what she would like you to do. How about taking a friend with you next time you go to see what she thinks and if she can suggest what might make the customer happy but I bet its just money off she wants. Just thought is it loosely wove fabric that might have stretched?
