Hi Mary, I feel for you..I too would be inclined to refund just to get her off my back........BUT why should you!! You have put all your hard work and time into this project.............If you are happy with your work and know she is simply being akward stand your ground, visit one more time but take somebody with you for support and be firm . As sick as you may feel at the time it will pass and you must out her behind you. You are only feeling this way because you care and have a concience.
