Mandy,thank you for your understanding,I rang her this morning to say that after consideration as a gesture of goodwill I had decided to refund her in full and the cheque was in the post,in fact I am going to put it through the letterbox so that I know that it was delivered. The customer just said oh yes. That was it! As you say put it behind meand carry on. I have lots of delighted customers.
