I had a customer just like this before Xmas. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the curtains but they kept saying they wanted more pinch pleats even though there were already 5 per width and that they wanted the poles 6ft above the top of the windowframe!! They threatened me with court action and all sorts but I held firm and they eventually went away never to be heard from again. I really wouldn't give them a refund if I were you, if you feel yourself that the curtains are fine and you would be happy with them hanging in your own lounge I would just stand your ground. She will get fed up of moaning eventually. Often these people just want something for nothing and nag so that they can have a refund. Hope this helps.
